Sven Thesen will discuss EV PlugBox, an EV charging hardware company deploying a switching device that enables simple rerouting of wiring between parking spaces and residential meters. This solution provides a low-cost, low-maintenance, and scalable direct wiring option for EV charging in multifamily settings.  He will also share a stealth widget from Siemens and grouse (& celebrate) some provisions of the new National Electrical code.  

Sven & his family have been driving EVs since 2007, he installed the nation’s first known permitted curbside charger at his house and is a long time EVA & Plug in America supporter.  

This is his third time speaking to the EVA, the first was in 2006, when he held his infant daughter the whole time during his talk.
