We will hear from panelists Nicole Appenzeller, Senior Clean Transportation Specialist for the San Francisco Environment Department, and Joy Massey, Senior Customer Programs Manager with a focus on income-qualified programming with the community choice aggregator MCE.

Providing varied clean mobility options to meet the needs of under-resourced communities in the Bay Area is a critical priority. In this EV Council meeting we will explore initiatives prioritizing local community engagement and planning to help improve clean mobility access in under-served communities.

Panelists will leverage learnings from recent case studies to offer best practices and other insights on designing, implementing, and assessing community-focused projects.
